We will work with you to schedule any property visits we might need, and the Title Company will reach out about a week before closing to gather any information or documents they need from you. They will schedule your closing (either in person or virtual / mail-away) and that's it! We strive for our sellers to spend less than 5 hours of their time throughout the entire process.

No, there are no hidden fees or commissions. The price we agree on is exactly what you receive at closing. The only thing you are responsible for are any mortgages, liens, or taxes owed on the property, which the Title Company will help you find and pay off at closing.
